Membership of RACC will be limited to no more than 20 active members and each member shall represent one vote. New members shall be recommended to the committee by chairs, directors, unit managers, RACC committee members, or by self nomination. Qualifications for new members shall be limited to:
a. Those with a payroll title of senior administrative analyst or higher, and
b. Those with experience equal to one year of UCLA research administration, and five years of general research administration, and
c. Those who have served on one RACC or ORA-RAPID ad hoc committee, and
d. Those having the endorsement of Department executive-level authority, with the understanding that the proposed member will be serving as a representative of their faculty's interests, and
e. Those who have the support of their deparment to fulfill the time commitment to RACC activities and sub-committees.
