About the Stem Cell Conference and Scientific Symposium

Held in Los Angeles on November 3rd and 4th, 2010, our distinguished speakers presented the most cutting-edge research on multiple disciplines including basic science, clinical research, and international and behavioral research perspectives.

The two conferences also provided synergy in that they highlighted one of the major scientific themes of our UCLA Center for AIDS Research, which is stem cell therapeutic approaches to HIV infection.
