The Informatics Shared Resource develops and supports informatics applications and shared informatics resources for UCLA's Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center (JCCC) investigators.  JCCC programs and cores have projects requiring complex information systems, including: clinical trials data management; tissue and specimen tracking; related clinical and patient follow-up information; metadata management and analysis; and high volume research data from proteomics, genomics, flow cytometry, and micro-arrays.

Some services are provided free of charge.  Long-term and short-term information technology projects and consulting may be arranged by recharge. 

Operating Policies:
Informatics follows all UCLA, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act and Institutional Review Board compliance policies pertaining to data security and privacy.
